Mr. Menik, on his father’s side, is a second-generation casino veteran born in Las Vegas, Nevada. Having more than 25 years of experience in the casino gaming industry, serving as a Boxman for the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, was the Assistant Director for the New York School of Gambling in New York City and then the Director for Casino Training Schools in White Plains, New York. He trained and placed in employment over 2,000 casino dealers from 1978-82. Among the next 20 years, Mitch spent most of his weekend evenings serving as a Casino Manager. He hosted numerous Casino Gaming parties at various clubs, hotels, catering halls, synagogues, and private homes for fun, entertainment, amusement, and charitable purposes. 

During that same era (1985-2003), Mr. Menik became a New York stockbroker. Holding Series 7 and 63 licenses, later migrating to working in-house for publicly traded companies as their Vice President of Marketing, Public, and Investor Relations, promoting their securities to the investment community while helping each of the companies raise $Millions.  

Mr. Menik creates business plans for small and emerging growth companies since 2009 through his privately-owned NV Business Services, LLC (www.nvbus.com). During his peak year in 2010, his Company wrote over 400 Business Plans where he retained and trained 30 independent (1099) Business Plan writers, most with MBA and CPA credentials.

Additional Experience

During 2008, Mr. Menik helped Laser Development Group obtain $57.7MM in funding commitments for Vegas Suites, a 520-unit All-Suites Motel in a 10-acre development on the I-15 and I-215 in North Las Vegas, NV. The details privately discussed upon signing a non-disclosure agreement.

In 2011, Mr. Menik helped Sierra Mining Group initiate a raise of 400 partnership units at $25K each for a total of $10MM. Details privately discussed after signing a non-disclosure agreement.

During 1995-1999, Mr. Menik served as Investor Relations Manager for Actrade Financial Technologies, Ltd., an International Trade and Electronic Finance Company, helping raise $10MM equity capital and achieve #1 in Investor’s Business Daily’s ranking of NASDAQ NMS stocks. 

From 1999-2003, Mr. Menik was the Editor and Publisher of “Sea Friends News” for Sea Friends Incorporated. He also raised significant funds for the 501c3 non-profit organization, serving as their Director of Public Relations and Funding Development.

Also, from 1999 to 2003, Mr. Menik served as the Director of Research, Public, and Investor Relations for Castle Holding Corp, parent Company of Citadel Securities (Market Maker), Castle Securities (Retail Broker/Dealer), and Castle Online (Internet Trading). During this period, Mr. Menik directed the effort to facilitate and administer a successful offering by the Company to raise $706K via Class A convertible Preferred Shares.

During this same period (under the umbrella of Castle Holding Corp), Mr. Menik served as Castle Advisors, Inc. Director of Research and Investment Advisor to their high-net-worth clients. Mitch was also the Company’s senior securities analyst. His primary responsibility was to create and distribute Research Reports for publicly traded emerging growth companies.

During 1988-1995, Kenilworth Systems Corp (1988-1991), and later merging into CashTek Corporation (1991-1995), Mr. Menik was the Vice President of Marketing and Public/Investor Relations and the Secretary/Treasurer.  The Company developed state-of-the-art technology – “world’s first” Cashless Wagering for the Totalizater Agency Board (TAB) in Victoria, Australia, using proprietary Debit Cards on Player Activated Terminals (PATs). Mr. Menik administratively helped coordinate and raised $6MM in a Private Placement, in addition to facilitating other smaller Private Placements. Before that, Mr. Menik was an Account Executive holding Series 7 and 63 licenses (1985-1988) with who is now known as Oppenheimer, and Co, Inc.
